ReportOUT are delighted to share the news that on 18th June 2020 they have reached their £4100 Crowdfunder target, which will get them once step closer to launching their Forgotten Voices project.

The aim of the project is to create a podcast series which documents the marginalised lives and voices of LGBTQ people from all over the world, often from nation states where their voices are silenced such as Afghanistan, Uganda and Eastern Europe.

Since its launch in October 2019, when the organisation received charity status, ReportOUT have also continued to grow in confidence and have had a number of great achievements along the way including the successful Ride For Rights Campaign, the continuous work of their human rights researchers and more recently granted membership by the  International Lesbian, Gay , Bi, Trans and Intersex Association (ILGA).

With the launch of Forgotten Voices, ReportOUT is passionate to ensure that the voices and experiences of SOGI people in some of the world’s intolerant nations do not go unnoticed, in order to encourage social change.

Further information about the next steps for the Forgotten Voices project will be available in due course.
